Since we founded Touchfree Concepts back in 2003 we’ve been providing touchfree restroom and hygiene products to customers all over the United States, but we didn’t know just how happy our customers were until we started getting feedback starting with our first submission in June of 2005. Since then we have received 935 ratings, the results of which are almost perfect!
We appreciate each an every one our customer’s leaving us feedback, but a few of the comments are especially flattering or entertaining. For our first feedback submission we’ll share an anonymous online submission that was especially impressed with our customer service. They write:
Your company service is fantastic. If you ever consider expanding your company focus, may I recommend that you conduct training sessions (with high tuition fees) to teach customer service to other companies, no matter what product or service they are providing.
Next we have a comment from Grindstone, Pennsylvania who was just hired as a facilities manager and he was looking to start off his new job on the right foot. He writes:
…I had to first follow his process of getting a plumber in here to get an estimate on replacing this faucet. After getting this estimate and finding your site I informed my boss that I could do the job without a problem for half that cost. She’s out of state and the emails I received after informing her of this and on completion of the job used the word “Awesome!” repeatedly.
Finally, this next story we found to be quite funny and a very creative way of using our automatic flushers. An animal lover from Simi Valley in California writes:
I have an outside bathroom totallly dedicated to my (3) dogs. The shower has been turned into a grooming /bathing area and the dogs liked to use the toliet bowl as a reliable source of water. I was constantly flushing to keep their water fresh. NO MORE!!! Your product flushes automatically each time the dogs drink providing a clean, fresh, cool bowl of water each time. Since this bathroom is not used by people, it has allowed me peace of mind to know my dogs always have a clean, fresh source of water.
