| I had difficulty making the purchase due to changing a credit card. I am giving the Customer Service a 5 because I emailed detailing my difficulty and a gentleman assisted me and put the order through. A 5% discount was forgotten but the gentlemans said he would fix it on my credit card bill. I haven't seen that yet but I believe he will take care of it. |

| The price was a little high,but well worth it. I paid it because I wanted the product that badly. I did pay to have someone install it. I wanted it to work correctly . The person who installed did have to put a different type of valve in the tank. That was not a job for me. After seeing him install it I think I could help someone else do it. |

| I was just hired as a facilities manager. The guy who had the job before me didn't have too much on the ball. I had to first follow his process of getting a plumber in here to get an estimate on replacing this faucet. After getting this estimate and finding your site I informed my boss that I could do the job without a problem for half that cost.
