Returns
Customer satisfaction is our main goal at Touch-Free Concepts so all returns will be handled on a case by case
basis. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or simply wish to return/exchange a product please fill out a Return Request Form as soon as possible. Returns after 30 days of date of delivery will not be accepted and all returns are subject to a minimum of a 15 percent re-stocking fee. Note: Please keep the original Shipping box... Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted for return.
